We present your mortgage application through the Filogix System to a variety of Canada's major money lenders. These lenders include Banks, Trust Companies, Credit Unions and Private lenders, and within hours, a mortgage specialist will be available to review with you the commitment provided by the Lender. At this point, you choose which mortgage, rate, terms and conditions are best for you!
