Dispute resolution

Any disputes or complaints must be addressed to the Chief Compliance Officer of Drake Financial Ltd. 

The firm’s independent dispute resolution service provider is OBSI. If a complaint is received, the CCO must confirm receipt of the complain within 5 days and provide the complainant a copy of OBSI’s services.

The Chief Compliance Officer will investigate the complaint and report back to the complainant within 90 days with the company’s decision along with information on the OBSI dispute resolution services if the complainant does not accept the decision and wishes to take the complaint to the OBSI dispute resolution process.
